One day at work someone asked me what I wanted to be doing in 10 

years. On a whim, I said own a llama farm. That was ten years ago and now my husband and I have a small farm in the hills of Central Florida. We call our place "Turtle Run" because of the gopher tortoises that also live here.

We have chickens (llama buddies) living free-range with the llamas to eat the bugs in the pastures and help compost the llama beans. 

Our spinner's herd is intentionally small so we can spend time with each llama.
